Core Drivers ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Administrators for a permanent position with our client in Huddersfield. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

What you’ll do:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and SMS
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Navigate our planning and CRM systems to provide prompt and accurate information
• Interact with various stakeholders, including senior managers and customers
• Input data into our planning system and reconcile deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm

Approximately 37.5 hours per week, 4 on 4 off shift pattern, covering days and weekends (2 early shifts: 05:30 – 16:30 and 2 late shifts: 10:00 – 21:00)

About you:

Essential Skills:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service/call centre environment
• Knowledge of UK geography
• Familiarity with transport industry systems (e.g., WinDMS) and regulations (e.g., Drivers’ Hours Regulations)
• Transport industry qualifications (e.g., CPC)
